Abstract: A vitamin K2-containing pharmaceutical composition for improving cardiovascular calcification is provided. The pharmaceutical composition includes a first component, a second component and a third component, with the mass ratio of (0.1-5):(0.01-0.5):(100-500). The preparation method and use of the pharmaceutical composition are also provided. The pharmaceutical composition can comprehensively prevent and block cardiovascular calcification, and is particularly suitable for reversing the cardiovascular calcification symptom due to taking statin drugs. Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical composition can provide daily health support and protection for the heart. The pharmaceutical composition of the present disclosure is characterized by stable active ingredients, high bioavailability, strong targeting and no side effect, achieving the purpose of prevention and treatment simultaneously.

The preparation method and use of the pharmaceutical composition are also provided. The pharmaceutical composition, with the primary effects of anti-cancer and anti-senile dementia, also exhibits additional benefits such as strengthening bones, improving osteoporosis, anti-aging, antioxidant properties, enhancing memory and cognition, lowering blood lipids, and protecting the liver. Consequently, it effectively improves the quality of life for the elderly, providing health support and protection.

Abstract: Disclosed is a Lactobacillus plantarum strain WSH048, where the Lactobacillus plantarum strain WSH048 has the effects of repairing UV damage, relieving inflammation and preventing skin photoaging. The Lactobacillus plantarum strain WSH048 is Lactobacillus plantarum, with strain No. as WSH048, which was preserved at China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on Aug. 20, 2021 with the preservation No. as CGMCC No. 23159. The present disclosure further provides the screening method of Lactobacillus plantarum strain WSH048 and the preparation method of its fermented product. Lactobacillus plantarum strain WSH048 of the present disclosure, having the effects of repairing UV damage, relieving inflammation and preventing skin photoaging, can effectively solve the problems of side effect and expensive price from the current skin inflammation-relieving measures.

Abstract: A kind of ascorbic acid derivates 3-O-glyco-L-ascorbic acid, their preparation methods, intermediates and uses in cosmetics. The derivates used as vitamin C precursors have better physiological effect than 2-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl ascorbic acid (AA-2G) and are more stable. Present compounds can be used in many fields, such as in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs and livestock feed, and especially as whitening agents in cosmetics. The preparation method involves protecting the 5,6-dihydroxyl of ascorbic acid, then coupling with 1-haloacylglycosyl, obtaining the intermediate 3-O-(acylglycosyl)-(5,6-O-isopropylidine)-L-ascorbic acid, removing the isopropylidine and acyl from the intermediates, thereby obtaining the target substance.
