  • Patent number: 8235469
Abstract: The invention relates to an adjustable belt guide for the upper hold point of a three-point seat belt with a directing element, via which the belt band of the three-point seat belt can be guided, with a connecting element to fix the belt guide 4 to a backrest of a vehicle seat and with an adjustment element arranged between connecting element and directing element. It is provided according to the invention that the adjustment element is developed such that the distance between the backrest, i.e. the connecting element, and the directing element is variable perpendicular to the backrest and the directing element can be fixed in various positions vis-á-vis the backrest. In addition, the invention relates to a vehicle seat with integrated three-point seat belt in which the belt band of the three-point seat belt is guided by an adjustable belt guide connected to the backrest.

  • Publication number: 20060214458
Abstract: The invention relates to a spring system having an oscillating part, a stationary part and an intermediately disposed air spring. At least one ccompressible pneumatic spring element is disposed between the stationary part and the oscillating part and defines an aperture through which the spring element is connected to the volume of the air spring, in an unloaded state, and the aperture is closed in a loaded, compressed state. The invention furthermore also relates to a vehicle seat which includes a spring system having the aforementioned features.

  • Publication number: 20060192421
Abstract: The invention relates to an air-sprung vehicle seat, including an air supply line having a supply part and an end part. Provision is made, according to the invention, whereby there is disposed between the supply part and the end part a branch part, from which there extends a connection line having an air connector at its end that is located away from the branch, and a shut-off valve is disposed in one of the branch part, the connection line, or the air connector.

  • Publication number: 20060192418
Abstract: The invention relates to a roller guide for a vehicle-seat oscillation system having a scissor-type guide, which scissor-type guide has a scissor-type cross tube which, at each of its two ends, has a respective pin as a hub, there being rotatably disposed on at least one of the pins first roller, of plastic, which runs in a U-profile running rail and which is of such a diameter that it runs with little play in the running rail. According to the invention, provision is made whereby there is rotatably disposed on the pin, between the respective end of the scissor-type cross tube, beyond which end the pin projects, and the first roller, a disc whose diameter is slightly smaller than the diameter of the first roller or a small plate whose height is slightly less than the diameter of the first roller is disposed on the pin, the hardness of the disc or of the small plate being significantly greater than the hardness of the first roller.

  • Patent number: 4898629
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of producing hot rolled strip having tensile strength values of Rm=500 to 780 N/mm.sup.2 from unalloyed or low-alloy steels with 0.3 to 0.9% C. A steel slab is austenitized and rolled into hot rolled strip which is cooled on a run-out table and then coiled. The characterizing feature of the invention is that the hot rolling and the cooling of the strip on the run-out table are performed in such a manner that the austenite/ferrite transformation in the hot rolled strip starts only in the coil and is finished in the coil.

  • Patent number: 4790889
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of producing hot-rolled strip having a dual-phase structure from a slab previously produced by ingot casting or continuous casting. The slab contains carbon, manganese, silicon and chromium as essential constituents in addition to iron. The slab is heated up to the rolling temperature, hot-rolled at a temperature above A.sub.r3, rapidly cooled from the rolling temperature and coiled at a relative low temperature. The characterizing features of the invention are that the hot-rolled strip(a) is produced from a steel which, in addition to 0.05 to 0.16% of C, 0.5 to 1.0% of Si, 0.3 to 1.5% of Cr, .ltoreq.0.025% of P, .ltoreq.0.015% of S, 0.02 to 0.10% of Al and .ltoreq.0.011% of N, contains 0.2 to 0.4% of Mn, the remainder being iron and usual impurities,(b) is rapidly cooled, immediately after finish-rolling, from final rolling temperature down to the coiling temperature at a mean rate in the range from 30.degree. to 70.degree.
