    Abstract: An anti-locking mechanism of a spherical compressor rotor, an anti-locking power mechanism of a spherical compressor, and a spherical compressor. A pin boss is fixedly arranged on a turntable shaft, and guide pins are movably connected with a guide sleeve. A concave slideway is arranged in a cylinder block spherical surface or a cylinder lower spherical surface, and is distributed along a sliding track of the guide sleeve on the corresponding cylinder block spherical surface or cylinder lower spherical surface in a rotation process of a turntable. A main shaft rotates and drives the turntable. When the turntable rotates to a position at which a turntable axis and a piston axis are superposed, the turntable can continue to rotate around the turntable axis by means of torque obtained by the guide pin from the concave slideway, and thus a problem of a dead point of movement of a spherical compressor rotor is solved.

A cylindrical hinge formed around a central pin (1), a rotating disk pin seat (81), and a piston pin seat (16) of the spherical compressor. A fan-shaped insert (14) thicker at both sides and thinner in the center thereof is disposed at the bottom of a sump (161) on the pin seat of the cylindrical hinge. The shape of the insert (14) marches the shapes of the sump (161) and of the external cylindrical surface of a semi-cylinder (811) on the pin seat of the cylindrical hinge respectively, forming a dynamic seal fit, thus improving the reliability of the seal, adapting to mass production, and enhancing overall performance.

    Abstract: A spherical expansion compressor adapted to variable working conditions with a spherical inner chamber, comprises a rolling rotor compressor used as first-stage compression, compression working chambers, expansion working chambers, a gas tank and a pressure control circuit. The pressure control circuit is between the gas tank and a pressure-controlled inlet valve of the rolling rotor compressor, and controls the inlet valve to open/close according to pressure in the gas tank and maintains constant pressure in the tank. A working medium after first-stage compression enters the gas tank, where the pressure control circuit regulates the gas tank pressure. The working medium enters second-stage compression, and expands in the expansion-stage, forming the spherical expansion compressor adapted to variable working conditions.

Working medium after first-stage compression enters the gas tank, the pressure in the tank maintains constant through the regulation of the pressure control circuit.
