The method includes that: before a first boot-up of the terminal is performed, compiling a byte-code file of the third-party APP preinstalled in the terminal using a compiling device to acquire a machine-code file; upon a request to run the third-party APP, extracting a machine-code file of the third-party APP from a data partition of the terminal; and executing the machine-code file to respond to the request to run the third-party APP.
