  • Patent number: 10340010
Abstract: In one embodiment of the present invention, one row is selected and two columns are selected for a read or programming operation, such that twice as many flash memory cells can be read from or programmed in a single operation compared to the prior art. In another embodiment of the present invention, two rows in different sectors are selected and one column is selected for a read operation, such that twice as many flash memory cells can be read in a single operation compared to the prior art.

  • Patent number: 10325666
Abstract: During a program, read, or erase operation of one or more non-volatile flash memory cells in an array of non-volatile flash memory cells, a negative voltage can be applied to the word lines and/or coupling gates of the selected or unselected non-volatile flash memory cells. The negative voltage is generated by a negative high voltage level shifter using one of several embodiments disclosed herein.

  • Patent number: 10297327
Abstract: The present invention relates to a flash memory system comprising one or more sense amplifiers for reading data stored in flash memory cells. The sense amplifiers utilize fully depleted silicon-on-insulator transistors to minimize leakage. The fully depleted silicon-on-insulator transistors comprise one or more fully depleted silicon-on-insulator NMOS transistors and/or one or more fully depleted silicon-on-insulator PMOS transistors.

  • Patent number: 10221408
Abstract: Provided herein are phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) variants produced by prokaryotes, wherein such prokaryotic PAL variant has a greater phenylalanine-converting activity and/or a reduced immunogenicity as compared to a wild-type PAL. Further provided are compositions of prokaryotic PAL and biologically active fragments, mutants, variants or analogs thereof, as well as methods for the production, purification, formulation, and use of such compositions for industrial and therapeutic purposes, e.g., treating hyperphenylalaninemia, including phenylketonuria, and other disorders, including cancer.

  • Publication number: 20170349463
Abstract: A mobile device for biological treatment of bioreactor-type wastewater with a submerged membrane enabling treatment of greywater and blackwater has an inlet duct for effluent to be treated and an outlet duct for treated and filtered water connected to a permeate pump. The device includes a container, the interior volume of which has a parallelepiped appearance with two large vertical lateral sides, and a membrane filter having an assembly of parallel, planar filtration membranes also with a vertical appearance. The membranes are connected to a downstream collector collecting the filtered water and connected to the outlet duct. The permeate pump ensures a transmembrane flow less than the subcritical flow. At least one diffuser of fine air bubbles is located at the base of each column. Each diffuser is connected to a regulating solenoid valve and to pump, ensuring therein an airflow greater than or equal to 10 Nm3/h per diffuser.

  • Patent number: 7450609
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for allocating bandwidth among members of two statistical multiplexing groups having overlapping members. At least two groups of such services having overlapping members are defined. The members of a first one of the groups consume a first bandwidth and the members of a second one of the groups consume a second bandwidth. A total bandwidth of all the members of the groups together is restricted to be no more than a total available bandwidth. In order to accomplish this, the members of the first and second groups are statistically multiplexed based on bandwidth requirements of members common to both said first and second groups.
