Abstract: The invention relates to a radiocommunication terminal consisting of a housing comprising two shells, namely: a rear shell (20) and a front shell (30). The rear shell (20) covers an antenna space that is dedicated to a patch antenna (10) and a storage space that is dedicated to an energy-storing device (40), said antenna space being adjacent to the storage space. According to the invention, the terminal comprises a vacant space around the energy-storing device (40) between the printed circuit board (70) and the rear shell (20) and the space occupied by the antenna patch (10) extends over at least part of said vacant space.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a handheld electronic communication device comprising, in a housing (1), a printed circuit board (2) for holding electrical components and providing several connection points, and a keypad (5) extending parallel to said printed circuit board (2) and including a keypad user's interface (5c), made of a metallic sheet, said device further comprising a radio communication module for transmitting and/or receiving signals, said radio communication module being connected to a radiating element via an antenna's feeding point on printed circuit board (2). According to the invention, said metallic sheet is provided with at least a connection area (5e) electrically connected to said antenna's feeding point of said printed circuit board (2), and said metallic sheet further comprises a slot (8), said keypad user's interface (5c) constituting then said radiating element whose working frequencies depend on the shape and the size of said slot.

Abstract: A coaxial cable intended to be used in the field of telecommunications comprises a metal core surrounded by at least two layers one of which is a dielectric material layer and the other of which, disposed between the core and the dielectric material layer over at least part of the length of the cable, is a semiconductor composite material layer comprising an insulative matrix and an undoped polymeric conductor containing conjugate bonds. The cable features intrinsic filtering of electromagnetic interference conducted by the cable at frequencies below 1 GHz.
