Abstract: A doorstop assembly includes a sleeve having a top end and an opened bottom end. The sleeve has a longitudinal pin groove extending therethrough between the top and bottom ends. At least one mount is attached to the sleeve and mounts the sleeve to a door of a trailer. A rod is elongated and has an upper end a lower end. The rod is positioned within an interior of the sleeve and is slidably extendable outwardly of the bottom end. The rod terminates in a point to engage a ground surface. A pin is coupled to and extends laterally away from the rod proximate the top end of the rod. The pin is movable along the longitudinal pin groove to extend the rod outwardly of the bottom end to a deployed position engaging the ground surface.
