    Abstract: The present invention provides a releasable tube fitting that provides secure connection of a tube to the fitting while the fitting is under pressure. Further, the present invention provides a fitting that may be used with a more flexible tube than conventional fittings. The fitting of the present invention also provides for connection of a tube to the fitting when the fitting is under higher operational pressure than conventional fittings. A cartridge including the fitting of the present invention is also disclosed.
