    Abstract: A system and a method for inspecting a plurality of capsule type pharmaceuticals includes a photoelectric sensor, at least one light source disposed adjacent to the photoelectric sensor, and a capsule receiving member including a plurality of capsule receiving orifices, the capsule receiving member being disposed between the photoelectric sensor and the at least one light source wherein the at least one light source is configured to diffuse light through a plurality of the capsule receiving orifices, and wherein the photoelectric sensor is configured to analyze light diffused through the plurality of capsule receiving orifices.
