Abstract: A kit and method for visual demonstration of courtroom and trial principles as related to testimony and procedures for the elicitation of such testimony from children, in particular. The kit includes a horizontal base member representing a courtroom and a plurality of interrelated figurine and fixture members, and may include means to removably engage the fixtures and figurines with the base, such that apprehension and concerns over courtroom appearance and testimony are alleviated through assembly and manipulation of the kit components.
