The rotatable device is configured to receive a first bit device detachably mounted in the rotatable device for powering rotational movement of the first bit device. A mounting section having at least one flat secant side is defined on the rotatable device, which is capable of being rotatably driven by the power tool. The mounting section includes at least one locking mechanism on it. The generally cylindrical mounting section is adapted for insertion in and engagement with a bit holding attachment.
