    Abstract: The present invention relates, in general, to HIV-1-reactive antibodies and, in at least certain specific embodiments, to broadly neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs) (and fragments and derivatives thereof) and to compositions comprising same. The invention further relates to methods of using such bnAbs (and fragments and derivatives thereof) and compositions in immunotherapy regimens (e.g., passive immunotherapy regimens).
