Publication number: 20240140024Abstract: Methods of creating additive manufactured parts include selectively dispensing, in a shape area according to a layer of a part to be created by additive manufacturing, a second composition onto a top surface of a first composition in a vat, wherein a polymerization component is in the second composition. In some cases, polymerization components for formation of the layer are kept separate from each other until the dispensing. In some cases, a first polymerization component is in the first composition, and a second polymerization component is in the second composition. The top surface is illuminated to expose the first composition and the second composition to light having a polymerization wavelength, thereby causing polymerization of the layer of the part only in the shape area. The dispensing comprises customizing a reaction variable of the polymerization to customize reaction kinetics in different portions of the shape area.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 9, 2024Publication date: May 2, 2024Applicant: Intrepid Automation, Inc.Inventors: Ben Wynne, Shirley Lee, Jamie Lynn Etcheson, Christopher Sean Tanner, Robert Lee Mueller, Ivan Dejesus Chousal, James Michael Pingel

Publication number: 20240116247Abstract: An additive manufacturing system, and associated methods, comprise an image projection system comprising a plurality of image projectors that project a composite image onto a build area within a resin pool. The composite image comprises a plurality of sub-images arranged in an array. The properties of a sub-image and the alignment of the position of the sub image within the composite image can be adjusted using a set of filters comprising an irradiance mask that normalizes irradiance, and a gamma adjustment mask that adjusts sub-image energy based on a reactivity of the resin.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 20, 2023Publication date: April 11, 2024Applicant: Intrepid Automation, Inc.Inventors: Ben Wynne, Jamie Lynn Etcheson, Christopher Sean Tanner, Robert Lee Mueller, Ivan Dejesus Chousal

Publication number: 20230405500Abstract: An apparatus for wastewater filtration having a barrel, a basket and a screw on a shaft rotating therein for pushing solid in a distinct output. A removable cartridge comprises a cover for the barrel, the cartridge comprising a pre-sealed shaft connector which releasably connects to at least the upper shaft portion or the lower shaft portion to form the shaft. The screw comprises a brush on an outer rim thereof, the brush having radially outwardly oriented bristles that scrape an inner surface of the basket. The screw comprises a winged wiper at a bottom thereof for sweeping a bottom surface of the barrel, and the solid-material output is provided at the bottom surface of the barrel and is shaped as a rectangular opening which is offset from a central axis of the screw. Solid removal efficiency and maintenance are thereby improved.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 22, 2022Publication date: December 21, 2023Applicant: SHARC Energy Systems Inc.Inventors: Lynn MUELLER, Brett STEWART, Brock TRIMBLE, Matthew WARDLOW, Taha YOUSEFINIA

Publication number: 20200229572Abstract: A ponytail forming device that allows the wearer to create an effortless, thick, and volumized ponytail is disclosed. The ponytail forming device will stay in place all day, even if the wearer is active. The ponytail forming device includes a base and a cylindrical support tube that grips hair that is gathered around the ponytail forming device, such that it provides an aesthetically pleasing ponytail for the wearer. In some embodiments, the ponytail forming device allows the wearer to use interchangeable cylindrical support tubes that have different diameters and/or lengths, which allows for a customizable shape and/or size of the ponytail, thereby creating a more attractive shape to a ponytail by giving the ponytail a support structure that gives the ponytail a symmetrical look and by allowing the wearer to choose and change the volume and length of the ponytail.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 17, 2019Publication date: July 23, 2020Inventor: Megan Lynn Mueller

Publication number: 20160368781Abstract: A waste filtration system is provided, suitable for separating waste content in a waste stream, for use in heat recovery, including a filter screen, auger and extractor pump. A novel filtering process includes steps of adjusting extraction rate of waste content by feedback measurement such that a target set-point is maintained. The feedback control is provided by either use of a variable speed motor detecting load change on the auger or sensors correlated to waste content, and displacement type extraction pump The waste filtration system can be used in a closed loop without leaks or open waste. The resulting filtered fluid is suitable for improving performance in heat exchange and recovery arrangements.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 14, 2014Publication date: December 22, 2016Inventor: Lynn Mueller

Patent number: 7451612Abstract: A geothermal heating and cooling system is thermally coupleable to a ground coil formed from a thermal superconductor material. The system includes a heat intensification circuit, a thermal superconductor heat exchange coil and a thermal switch coupling the intensifying heat exchanger to the superconductor heat exchanger, and a thermostat controller connected to the thermal switch and intensifying heat exchanger. The system employs a high thermal transfer superconductor to efficiently move heat to and from the earth source for the purpose of heating and cooling. The system operates in cooling and heating modes by controlling the thermal switches and activating the heat intensification circuit in response to the difference between a set point and a measured temperature. Heat can be transferred to and from the superconductor heat exchange coil through various air and liquid exchange subsystems including fans, direct and indirect liquid heat exchange.Type: GrantFiled: September 14, 2006Date of Patent: November 18, 2008Assignee: Free Energy Solutions Inc.Inventors: Lynn Mueller, Mark McCooey, John Graham, David Todd

Publication number: 20080053130Abstract: A geothermal cooling device is couplable to a ground coil formed from a thermal superconductor material. The device includes a thermal superconductor heat exchange coil, and a thermostat controller and a blower. The device uses a high thermal transfer superconductor to efficiently move heat to the earth source for the purpose of cooling. The device operates by controlling the blower operation in response to the difference between a set point and a measured temperature. Optionally cooling device is enclosed in a housing mounted in standard structural spaces. Alternative simplified versions, without a thermostat, operate manually with a switch or power connection.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 14, 2006Publication date: March 6, 2008Inventors: Lynn Mueller, John Graham

Publication number: 20070295477Abstract: A geothermal exchange system is couplable to a ground coil formed from a thermal superconductor material, and transfers heat using a refrigerant loop. The device includes a compressor, a reversible refrigerant loop with two heat exchangers, one of which couplable to a thermal superconductor ground loop. The device uses a high thermal transfer superconductor to efficiently move heat to and from the earth source for the purpose of heating and cooling. The device operates in cooling or heating modes by controlling the thermal switches and activating the heat intensification circuit in response to the difference between a set point and a measured temperature. Alternatively, the system can be configured for heating only or cooling only modes, by operating the refrigerant loop in one direction.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 14, 2006Publication date: December 27, 2007Inventors: Lynn Mueller, John Graham, David Todd
