Abstract: An exercise and rehabilitation apparatus for skiers and athletes who need to maintain good endurance, balance, coordination, and strength in their legs is disclosed which allows for movement both horizontally and vertically while jumping side to side without jarring the back, knees, tendons, and joints, etc. The apparatus is composed of two or more rebounding bodies wherein the angle of inclination with respect to the base may be adjusted.
