    Abstract: A method for automated calendar management for a service provider platform, the method including: associating a set of future timeslots with a first user account, the set of future timeslots cooperatively representing a first time period, wherein each future timeslot is associated with a unique time and date; receiving a scheduling request from a second user account different from the first user account, the scheduling request identifying a first future timeslot; sending an availability query based on the scheduling request to the first user account; in response to receipt of a decline response to the availability query from the first user account, assigning an unavailable status to the first future timeslot; and in response to receiving an accept response to the availability query from the first user account, assigning a booked status and an identifier for the second user account to the first future timeslot.
