Abstract: A cosmetic composition for the hair contains at least one film forming polymer and at least one silicone incorporated into a support consisting essentially of a wax microdispersion in an aqueous liquid vehicle. The dispersed phase of this vehicle is a stable microdispersion of particles having a size lower than 500 nm. The particles consist essentially of a wax or mixture of waxes having a final melting point greater than 60.degree. C. and lower than 100.degree. C. which is capable of forming a microdispersion as defined above. The composition contains from 0.1 to 40 weight percent of wax and a sufficient amount of at least one emulsifying agent. A process for the cosmetic treatment of the hair involves applying the above-defined composition to the hair.

Abstract: A dispensing assembly for at least two constituents is provided having flexible walls and at least two compartments, including outlet orifices located adjacent to one another so that when the outlet orifices are opened as by cutting, and pressure is applied to the flexible walls, dispensing and immediate mixing of the constituents will be effected; the viscosity and volumes of the constituents are selected to have certain values to enable the dispensing to properly mix the constituents to form a homogenous product.

Abstract: A process for preparing a hair dye or bleach composition which comprises mixing a gelifiable liquid vehicle with an oxidizing solution having dissolved therein an incompatible cationic polymer. The resulting gel is applied to the hair and after an appropriate contact time, the hair is rinsed.

Abstract: A process for dyeing hair comprises in sequence applying to the hair an oxidation hair dye composition comprising a mixture of an oxidation dye, a cationic polymer and an oxidizing agent in an oxidation dye carrier, permitting said oxidation hair dye composition to remain in contact therewith for a time ranging from about 15-40 minutes, rinsing the hair with water, then applying to the rinsed hair a shampoo composition containing an anionic detergent and thereafter rinsing said hair with water.

Abstract: Creams and gelatinizable liquid which contain oxidation dyes and a vehicle, useful for dyeing hair, are disclosed.
