    Abstract: An apparatus that can be used to display a desired visual message along the lateral surface of a mobile vehicle, such as a truck, van or trailer includes a display panel that can be attached to tracks on the lateral surface. The display panel is suspended at the desired tension with a hook and cord assembly. Retaining rods keep the top and leading edges of the display panel connected to the tracks.
