  • Patent number: 11764097
Abstract: A system and method for cleaning and inspecting ring frames is disclosed here. In one embodiment, a ring frame processing system includes: a cleaning station configured to remove a first tape on a first surface of a ring frame using a first blade, clean first adhesive residues from the first tape on the first surface of the ring frame using a first wheel brush, and remove second adhesive residues from a second tape on a second surface of the ring frame using a second blade; and an inspection station, wherein the inspection station comprises an automated optical inspection system configured to determine the cleanness of the first and second surfaces of the ring frame after cleaning.

  • Patent number: 7070450
Abstract: An information device includes a control board having a retaining portion mounted thereon, a shell sleeved onto the control board and having an end contacting against the retaining portion, and a sealing cap sleeved onto the other end of the shell. The sealing cap is engaged with the control board, relatively securing the sealing cap and the control board in position and confining the shell between the retaining portion and the sealing cap.

  • Patent number: 5635980
Abstract: A broadband customer premises equipment ("CPE") interface device interfaces with conventional telephones, screen phones, and broadband data and video devices. The interface device includes circuitry to connect with a telephone network via a first telephone connection and circuitry to connect with a broadband network via a second, broadband connection. The interface device can provide control of video information being pumped to the CPE via the broadband network by sending control signals to a video server via the telephone network. In addition, the interface device includes ADSI off-hook alerting ("AOHA") circuitry and adds ADSI script management server ("ASMS") circuitry to provide noninvasive programming of screen phone-type CPE devices. ASMS programming information for a CPE device is transferred to the interface device via the broadband network and stored in the interface device.

  • Patent number: 5562124
Abstract: A valve (10) for controlling flow of hydraulic fluid. The valve (10) has first and second valve members (80, 82) which have a plurality of lands and grooves. The valve members (80, 82) are relatively movable from a neutral position to a displaced position in which surface segments (202, 226, 208, 218) of respective pairs of lands overlap to form flow gaps (232, 234) for restricting flow of fluid between respective pairs of grooves. At least one (234) of the flow gaps is divergent by having a cross-sectional flow area which increases along a direction of fluid flow and at least one (232) of the flow gaps is convergent by having a cross-sectional flow area which decreases along a direction of fluid flow. The flow gaps (232, 234) have minimum cross-sectional flow areas (A, B) defined by the surface segments.
