  • Publication number: 20240157128
Abstract: Systems and methods for programming a lead are provided. A first image of an anatomical region depicting an anatomical element and at least a portion of an initial lead and an initial lead parameter associated with the initial lead are received. A second image of the anatomical region depicting at least a portion of the anatomical element and at least a portion of an implanted lead is also received. An implanted lead parameter may be generated for the implanted lead based on a combination of the initial lead parameter and a correlation of the first image with the second image.

  • Patent number: 11813325
Abstract: Instead of generating immune responses to several HIV proteins and risk over activating more CD4+ T cells (easy targets for HIV-1 infection) as current candidate vaccines try to do, a lower magnitude, narrowly focused, well maintained virus specific CD8+ T cell response to multiple subtypes should destroy and eliminate a few founder viruses without inducing inflammatory responses that may activate more CD4+ T cells and provide more targets for HIV-1 virus infection. Specifically, described herein is a method that focuses the immune response to the 12 protease cleavage sites.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 2, 2022
Date of Patent: November 14, 2023

  • Patent number: 10393905
Abstract: A method for torsional wave logging in a borehole of a subterranean formation. The method includes obtaining a torsional wave measurement of the borehole, wherein the torsional wave measurement represents characteristics of a torsional wave propagating within a cylindrical layered structure associated with the borehole, wherein the cylindrical layered structure comprises the subterranean formation and a completion of the borehole, analyzing, by a computer processor, the torsional wave measurement to generate a quality measure of the completion, and displaying the quality measure of the completion.

  • Publication number: 20090012261
Abstract: The present invention describes ways to identify HLA allele-specific epitopes that result from HLA restriction of antigen-specific cellular immune responses. The invention employs a combination of bioinformatics and functional assays to systematically identify and classify CTL mutations to determine correlates of virus-host interactions Peptides representing HLA allele-specific epitopes are provided as well as methods for validating HLA-restricted epitopes and methods for measuring T cell responses.
