In order to improve the falling resistance of such a pallet container (10), some of the vertical rods (18) that form the wire grating of the support casing (14) are prolonged, extend through bores (20) provided in the bottom pallet (16) and are screwed from below against the bottom pallet by a screw nut (28).

Abstract: The invention relates to a bung drum of thermoplastic synthetic material, having a circumferential carrying and transport ring disposed on the drum wall in the vicinity of the upper end and having at least one bung hole located in the edge region of the upper end. The upper end of the drum has a slope surface on both sides of the bung hole. When seen in the normal position of the barrel, the slope surface slopes downwardly in the direction of the edge of the drum with its lowest point in the vicinity of the bung hole.

Abstract: The invention relates to a conical lidded drum made of thermoplastic.To avoid step-like changes in diameter or hollow borders as a stacking rim on the outer drum body, according to the invention, a second upset surface flange (12) is formed out in the region of the upper third of the drum (34) on the outer wall of the drum body (10). Advantageously, the conical drum wall (14) extends linearly in a straight line from the upper first surface flange (20) down to the vicinity of the drum base (18) over the entire periphery and in drum longitudinal direction.
