    Abstract: The present invention relates to a technique capable of carrying out peeling a barrier on the skin surface at a low cost and with ease, and moreover, uniformly and accurately without accompanying any pain. The delivery method of a substance via skin absorption of the present invention uses abrasive particles having an average particle diameter smaller than 1000 nm for peeling the skin surface, while a delivery substance is applied to the skin surface and the delivery substance is delivered from the peeled skin surface into the inside of the skin via skin absorption.
