  • Patent number: 12220292
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention comprise a powered toothbrush comprising a bristle head, an outer gear, and a plurality of bristles. Both the bristle head and the outer gear may comprise a distal end, a proximal end, and a center. The distal end of the bristle head may mate with the proximal end of the outer gear. The outer gear may rotate about a first axis of rotation. The mating between the bristle head and the outer gear may cause the bristle head to orbit the first axis of rotation via one or more bristle paths while simultaneously completing one or more rotary movements about a second axis of rotation, which may move along the bristle paths with the bristle head.

  • Publication number: 20240366902
Abstract: The present invention relates to a PAP system that uses a mask with a PAP unit and air passage to provide positive air pressure to a patient. The PAP system may have a plurality of sensors, such as but not limited to a heart rate monitor, a pulse oximeter, a microphone, a gyroscope, a pressure sensor, and an ammeter. The PAP system may further have at least one ECG sensor. The plurality of sensors may obtain a plurality of measurements, which may be analyzed by a processor. The plurality of measurements may be stored in a memory of the PAP system. The present invention further relates to a method of providing a diagnosis and/or suggesting treatment using the PAP system, as well as a method of performing a polysomnography using the PAP system.

  • Patent number: 12085350
Abstract: The present invention relates to a firearm with a frame, a trigger, a barrel entrance, a cam, and a revolving cylinder configured a gap distance from the barrel entrance. The firearm may have a suppressor with a bullet pathway that ends in a muzzle and a gas exit pathway that ends in a gas exit. The suppressor may have at least one resonant chamber. When the trigger of the firearm is pulled, the cam may contact the frame and the revolving cylinder to eliminate the gap distance. When a bullet is fired from the firearm, gas may follow a projectile portion of the bullet. The gas may expand within the suppressor. The at least one resonant chamber may bias the gas away from the muzzle. The gas may exit the firearm via a muzzle or via a gas exit.

  • Publication number: 20220331532
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention may exist as a machine for continuous positive airway pressure, otherwise known as a “CPAP machine” in the art. The CPAP machine of the present invention may comprise a casing and plurality of working parts, the working parts including but not limited to a blower fan, one or more batteries, and a circuit board. All of the working parts may be housed within the casing, which allows the CPAP machine to exist as one compact unit that can be easily worn by a user without use of a hose, tube, external wire, or other component used to connect a component of a CPAP machine to the portion of a CPAP machine that is worn on, over, or in front of a user's face.

  • Publication number: 20070282930
Abstract: A system and methodology for human behavior modification or maintenance implemented by electronic two way communication between a host computing device with software adapted to the task, and a user. The system employs collected data regarding user identity, availability, and behavior, and generates a customized program of sequential events during identified user available time segments on a plurality of days. The events are constantly re-allotted to the available time in given daily time segments through a feedback acknowledgment from the user subsequent to communications sent to the user about an event. This results in a constantly updated program based on user responses which continually adjusts for the remaining time in the time segment on any day during the program.
