Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to compositions, kits, and methods for the rapid detection of nucleic acid targets in a sample. In some embodiments, a detection reagent comprising at least two metal indicators is disclosed. In additional embodiments, kits and methodologies for detecting the presence or absence of a target nucleic acid sequence comprising the detection reagent comprising multiple metal indicators are provided.
