Abstract: Method and apparatus for securing a motorcycle to a base surface for transport. In some embodiments, a tie down bracket has a central bar configured for attachment to a frame of the motorcycle at a medial location thereof, such as behind a gas tank and forward of a seat supporting area of the motorcycle. First and second attachment plates are attached to opposing proximal and distal ends of the central bar. Each of the first and second attachment plates is configured to receivingly engage at least a first strap for securement to the base surface and at least a second strap for securement to a handle bar portion of the motorcycle. In this way, the motorcycle is secured to the base surface near a center of gravity of the motorcycle and little or no compressive strain is placed on a front fork suspension of the motorcycle.

Abstract: An exercise machine to facilitate a leg extension exercise by a user. A rigid frame supports a pair of spaced-apart guide rails. A foot plate assembly is adapted to move along the guide rails and includes a foot support surface at a selected angle to support a sole of a foot of the user. A wing flange extends upwardly along an inner side of the foot support surface to align the foot during extension and retraction of the foot plate assembly along the guide rails. Rollers are arranged along each side of the guide rails to support the foot plate assembly. The rollers are arranged into sets of at least three rollers including two upper rollers and at least one lower roller in a triangular configuration. At least one of the lower rollers is offset horizontally from and disposed between the at least two of the upper rollers.

Abstract: Apparatus and method for mooring a watercraft to a stationary attachment point such as a dock. A guard assembly reduces chafing between a mooring line and an edge surface of the watercraft using an elongated tube of flexible material through which a medial portion of the mooring line freely passes. A securement strap of the guard assembly extends from a proximal end of the tube and is configured for attachment to an attachment point of the watercraft, such as a cleat. The securement strap has a length sufficient to maintain a medial portion of the tube in interposed relation between the mooring line and the edge surface of the watercraft. The securement strap may be adjustable in length to accommodate different watercraft configurations.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for administering a therapeutic massage to a body portion of a user. In some embodiments, a massage attachment is provided for coupling to an oscillating multi-tool of the type configured to generate cyclical angular motion over a selected angular range, such as about 3-5 degrees. The massage attachment has a base plate with a proximal end configured to mate with an oscillating output of the oscillating multi-tool. A support is attached at a distal end of the base plate to support a massage element. The massage element is aligned along a transverse direction with respect to a central longitudinal axis of the multi-tool to impart percussive linear motion to the massage element. The massage element may have a soft elastomeric construction. Multiple massage elements may be incorporated into the massage attachment.

Abstract: A leg exercise apparatus and method is provided in which the exercise apparatus can include an elongated base, at least one foot mount slidably coupled to the elongated base, and a biasing member attached to the foot mount and the elongated base and adapted to resist sliding movement of the foot mount relative to the elongated base. The leg exercise apparatus can also include two foot mount guides and substantially parallel foot mount guides, in which the foot mounts can be slidably mounted in the foot mount guides. The leg exercise apparatus can also include a plurality of support structures. Additionally, the leg exercise apparatus can include a biasing member control system. The biasing member control system can include a biasing member and a guide to offset a portion of the biasing member from an imaginary line between the two points, so as to tension the biasing member.
