Abstract: A software system, enacted via a mobile device application and website, provides for a system and method for hiring of video capture, image capture, and/or live-stream capture services to be provided by a freelance user associated with the system. Consumer users hire freelance users, both members of the system, to provide capture services in accordance with the desired geographic position, angle, and physical placement of the capture. Mobile capture, in the form of live-streaming capture, may be specified by the consumer user such that footage occurs over a range of locations. Payment and review of services is accomplished via the mobile application. Other contracted services may be facilitated via the mobile device application, ranging from real estate purchase based on capture footage, to VR/AR playback of capture, food truck on-demand service, and power of attorney transmission.
