  • Patent number: 11976763
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fibre reinforced polymer (FRP) tube, the tube comprising a plurality of concentric layers of an FRP material forming a shell of the tube. At least one blind threaded longitudinal bolt hole is provided from a transverse end surface of the shell. The bolt hole extends in at least three of the plurality of layers, a middle layer encompassing a plane passing through a center of the bolt hole, an inner layer encompassing a plane of an innermost extent of the bolt hole, and an outer layer encompassing a plane of an outermost extent of the bolt hole. The fibre filament of each of the inner and outer layers has been wound at a first angle to the longitudinal axis and the fibre filament of the middle layer has been wound at a second angle to the longitudinal axis.

  • Publication number: 20220412005
Abstract: The invention relates to a tissue paper making machine designed for possible rebuild from one concept to another. The machine comprises a forming section (2) and a Yankee drying cylinder (3) mounted to be rotatable about a first axis of rotation (A1). The forming section has a forming roll mounted for rotation about a second axis of rotation (A2) which is parallel to the first axis of rotation (A1). The forming section (2) has a head box (5) and a first and a second forming fabric (6,7). The head box (5) is arranged to inject stock into a gap (8) between the first forming fabric (6) and the second forming fabric (7). The first forming fabric (6) is a felt that forms a loop and is arranged to carry a newly formed fibrous web (W) from the forming section (2) to the Yankee drying cylinder (3). The tissue paper making machine (1) comprises a press roll (9) arranged inside the loop of the first forming fabric (6) and forming a nip (N) against the Yankee drying cylinder (3).

  • Publication number: 20180297096
Abstract: A coiling system (1) and a method for coiling a hot rolled product, the system comprising:—a base assembly (3) comprising a base plate (6), a central drum (7) extending from the base plate along a vertical axis, and a receiving sleeve (8) arranged outside of said central drum,—a support structure (2) configured to support the base assembly and comprising a first drive mechanism configured to rotate the base assembly around the vertical axis,—a feeding device (4) configured to feed hot rolled product to the base assembly so as to form a coil (17), wherein the receiving sleeve is configured to receive a first end of the hot rolled product landing on said base plate so that a coil starts to form inside of said receiving sleeve and outside of said central drum, the base assembly being releasably connected to the first drive mechanism so that the base assembly, after coiling, may be removed from the support structure.

  • Publication number: 20150166084
Abstract: An arrangement for safe transition of a trolley between a first and a second suspended rail when they are in an end-to-end position with each other, and for safe operation of the trolley when the rails are in un-aligned positions relative each other. The arrangement comprises a liftable first stop member, a liftable second stop member and two pairs of engaging members. The liftable stop members are adapted to block the trolley from accidentally leaving the rails when the rails are in the un-aligned positions, and to unblock the rails when the rails are in the end-to-end position. The engaging members of the pairs of engaging members are arranged to engage with each other when the rails are in the end-to-end position to lift the stop members, thereby unblocking the rails in order to allow a transition between the rails.
