  • Patent number: 11272387
Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to a method performed by a wireless device (10) for managing communication in a wireless communication network. The wireless device receives reference signals from one or more radio network nodes. The wireless device (10) estimates to what extent the received reference signals are received spatially diversified based on a radio network node indication indicating from which radio network node the reference signal was sent, and/or on a beam indication indicating in what direction the reference signal was sent toward the wireless device. The wireless device (10) then generates a measurement report by adding selected reference signals into the measurement report, which reference signals are selected for simultaneous multiple transmissions of data to the wireless device (10) taking into account the estimated extent that the received reference signals are received spatially diversified.

  • Patent number: 10869214
Abstract: A method performed by a wireless communication device for reporting signal quality measurements. The wireless communication device operates in a wireless communications network and comprises a first wireless network configured with single Demodulation Reference Signals (DMRS) and a second wireless network configured with dual DMRS. The wireless communication device receives a set of DMRS from the first wireless network and a set of dual DMRS from the second wireless network. The wireless communication device selects any one or more out of a first activity and a second activity based on the speed of the wireless communication device.

  • Publication number: 20010054243
Abstract: A calender having a heated first roll which is opposed to and forms a nip with a soft surface counter roll system comprised of a second roll which has an outer shell. An endless polyurethane belt or blanket having an inside diameter 5 to 50 mm larger than the outside diameter of the second roll shell, is mounted about the second roll. The outer circumferential edges of the polyurethane belt are held by clamping rings to bearings which are circumferentially mounted about the second roll on the roller gables. A small quantity of oil may be placed between the surface of the second roll shell and the polyurethane belt.

  • Patent number: 6157712
Abstract: To determine whether a received signal represents a dual tone multi frequency (DTMF) code, a characteristic of the received signal is repeatedly measured over a period of time, thereby obtaining a plurality of parameter measurements. This may include separating the received signal into low band and high band signals and for each of the low band and high band signals, determining a plurality of squared magnitude measurements over the period of time. A deviation value is then determined for each of the plurality of parameter measurements, and an average deviation value is determined from the plurality of deviation values. The average deviation value is compared to a threshold value, thereby obtaining a comparison result. The received signal as alternatively designated as representing or not representing a DTMF code on the basis of the comparison result.
