    Abstract: The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition particularly useful for the application of color such as in a foundation, lip gloss, lip stick, mascara, eye shadow, blush, and nail polish, for example. A cosmetic composition according to the present invention includes a film-forming silicone-containing polyurethane having a viscosity from about 130,000 to about 2,500,000 cps, preferable from about 400,000 to about 2,500,000 cps and most preferably from about 750,000 to about 2,500,000.
