    Abstract: Novel copolymer composition comprising structural units derived from a substituted or unsubstituted diacid or diester, a substituted or unsubstituted polycyclo aliphatic diol and indan compound have been disclosed. Also disclosed is a thermoplastic resin composition comprising structural units derived from a polymer resin and the copolymer of the present invention. In addition methods for the preparation of the copolymers and thermoplastic composition is discussed and articles derived from said thermoplastic composition is disclosed.
