Abstract: The invention provides compounds comprising a therapeutic agent coupled to a carrier molecule, with a minimum coupling ratio of 5:1; wherein the carrier molecule is (i) an antibody fragment or derivative thereof or (ii) an antibody mimetic or derivative thereof; and wherein the therapeutic agents are coupled onto a lysine amino acid residue; and further wherein the therapeutic agent is not a photosensitising agent. There is also provided uses, methods relating to such compounds, as well as processes for their manufacture.

Abstract: In devices in which display data is read from a memory for display, display underflow in a processing block is alleviated by controlling a clock frequency driving the processing block. Stages of the processing block send underflow detection signals to underflow prevention logic. The underflow prevention logic controls the frequencies of clock signals generated by a clock generator to alleviate the underflow condition.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a polypeptide comprising at least one alpha-helix having synthetically attached thereto a plurality of therapeutic or diagnostic moieties, wherein said therapeutic or diagnostic moieties may be the same or different and are spatially oriented on the polypeptide so as to minimise interactions between said moieties. Further aspects of the invention relate to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the polypeptide; a polynucleotide sequence encoding the polypeptide; an expression vector comprising said polynucleotide sequence; and a host cell transformed with said expression vector. The invention also provides a method of treatment comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of said polypeptide.
