The electronic device also includes a hole punch configured to form a through orifice in a pipe while the device is being turned and to enable the device to be inserted into the final position. The electronic device further includes an electronic module configured to be in contact with a fluid passing through the pipe when the device is in the final position. In addition, the electronic device includes at least one electrical connection connected to the electronic module and passing through the body leading to a top face of the body. The body and the at least one electrical connection form a plug of the duct in the sleeve.
