    Filed: August 20, 2007
Date of Patent: October 8, 2013
Inventors: Mahesh Arjandas Choolani, Khalil Razvi B M Jabarullah Khan, Loganath Annamalai, Arijit Biswas, Changqing Zhao
  • Publication number: 20100297616
Abstract: There is provided an improved method of in situ hybridisation. In particular, a method of in situ hybridisation of biopolymer(s) in a sample of cells, with the proviso that the digestion of polypeptides is not performed. The method may be applicable to detection of different types of biopolymers, including detection of nucleic acids and polypeptides in the same sample. In particular, the method is for the detection of chromosomal abnormalities in uncultured amniotic cells.
