  • Patent number: 11259770
Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for x-ray imaging. In one embodiment, a method for an x-ray imaging system comprises acquiring, with an x-ray detector, an image including a noise artifact caused by electromagnetic interference, inputting the image to a trained neural network model to obtain a corrected image with the noise artifact removed, and outputting the corrected image. In this way, row-correlated noise artifacts caused by electromagnetic interference at the x-ray detector are eliminated or cancelled in real time and image quality is improved.

  • Publication number: 20060071173
Abstract: A computerized tomography imaging scanner module includes a plurality of scintillators, a plurality of back-illuminated photodiodes optically coupled with the scintillators, a multi-layer substrate having a plurality of substrate electrical conductors to which the photodiodes are electrically coupled, wherein each of the plurality of substrate conductors is connected to a different one of the back-illuminated photodiodes, and a flexible cable having a plurality of flex electrical conductors to which the substrate is electrically coupled, wherein each of the plurality of flex electrical conductors is connected to a different output of the multi-layer substrate.

  • Publication number: 20050018810
Abstract: A flexible detector array transmission circuit (12) for an x-ray imaging system (10) may include an electrically conductive substrate layer (70) that is electrically coupled to a detector (68). A mono-directional conductive layer (80) is also electrically coupled to the substrate layer (70). One or more flexible circuit layers (72) are electrically coupled to the mono-directional conductive layer (80). The circuit layers (72) direct x-ray signals, generated from the detector (68), to a data acquisition system (42).
