  • Publication number: 20240420468
Abstract: Methods and apparatus to detect anomalies in video data are disclosed. An example apparatus disclosed herein generates a reconstructed feature vector corresponding to an input feature vector representative of a video segment, the reconstructed feature vector based on a transformation applied to the input feature vector and an inverse of the transformation applied to an output of the transformation, the input feature vector and the reconstructed feature vector including features associated with a plurality of dimensions including a time dimension. The disclosed example apparatus also generates an error vector based on a difference between the input feature vector and the reconstructed feature vector. The disclosed example apparatus further generates an anomaly map based on sums of elements of the error vector across at least the time dimension, the anomaly map corresponding to the video segment.

  • Publication number: 20240411651
Abstract: Described herein are techniques for improving disaster recovery, in particular disaster recovery pertaining to data transfer requests. The data transfer request can be received by each of multiple deployments; however, only a primary deployment can process the request. The data transferred by the primary deployment may be replicated in the secondary deployments. In response to a failover event, one of the secondary deployments can be designated as the new primary development and continue the data transfer based on the data transfer request and the replication information received from the old primary deployment prior to the failover.

  • Patent number: 12167560
Abstract: An elevator provides for sliding and connecting or disconnecting an electronic device from a chassis circuit board and the subsequent removal of the device from a chassis slot. A sliding element between the device and the chassis includes tracks within which travel followers. Motion of the sliding element in a first direction causes the tracks to move with respect to the followers, pulling the device connector away from the mating circuit board connector. In a fully disconnected position, the device may be removed from the slot. Motion of the sliding element in the opposite direction causes the relative motion between the tracks and followers to urge the device connector toward the circuit board connector until, in a fully seated position, the device is connected to the circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20240403170
Abstract: A vulnerability tagging process helps prioritize backups of datasets in a network by monitoring events that affect containers in the network. The monitored events are processed by an AI-based event analyzer to characterize each event in terms of a potential for destruction or damage to the data by each event. A vulnerability measure is calculated as the product of the number of occurrences of each event based on the severity associated with each event. Once the events are analyzed and the vulnerability scores are calculated, the scores are tagged on each workload. The vulnerability tags can then be utilized by the backup server to modify protection policies and/or prioritize backup schedules for the container workloads.
