  • Patent number: 10740621
Abstract: Techniques for classifying videos as standalone or non-standalone are provided. Feature (or attribute) values associated with a particular video are identified. Feature values are extracted from metadata associated with the particular video and/or from within a transcript of the particular video. The extracted feature values of the particular video are input to a rule-based or a machine-learned model and the model scores the particular video. Once a determination pertaining to whether the particular video is standalone is made, information about the particular video being a standalone video is presented to one or more users within the network.

  • Publication number: 20200250424
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a computer-implemented method for detecting vegetation near a power line. A non-limiting example of the computer-implemented method includes detecting the spectral characteristics of a target location. The spectral characteristics can be used to detect a tree at the target location. The location of the power lines that are within a buffer distance of the tree can be detected. Given that the tree is within a buffer distance, a risk value can be calculated for the tree. The risk value can convey the likelihood that the tree will contact the power line. If the risk is above a threshold amount, a work order can be issued to direct a crew to trim or cut the tree to prevent it from contacting the power line.

  • Publication number: 20200249808
Abstract: Disclosed are mechanisms for sharing managed content through external systems. A sharing module publishes content in a share and metadata associated therewith to an external system. The share represents a folder or directory in a repository managed by an information system such as an enterprise content management system. The publication is made possible through application programming interface (API) calls handled by a first sharing module API, a repository API, a second sharing module API, and an external system API. These APIs together provide a one-to-one mapping of communications protocols used by the managed repository and the external system. The share in the managed repository and the share published to the external system are synced and any conflict between the two is detected and resolved. The shared content can be repatriated back to the managed repository and the shared version deleted from the external system.
