    Abstract: A workout apparatus for use in a building having spaced apart structural members in a wall of the building is disclosed. This apparatus comprises a frame sized and adapted to be placed between two of the structural members. A force assembly, preferably hydraulically powered, is sized and adapted to fit within the frame when not in use. This assembly, when in use, acts to provide a force against which an adult human can exercise at least one body part.
