  • Publication number: 20240115010
Abstract: In a shoe fit evaluation system, a dimensional difference calculator calculates a part dimensional difference, which is a difference between a measurement value of a foot part dimension and a last part dimension corresponding to the foot part, by performing a certain adjustment for the part. An evaluation processor calculates a last matching rate based on the part dimensional difference. An outputter outputs information regarding the last matching rate. The dimensional difference calculator calculates the part dimensional difference by performing, as the certain adjustment, subtraction of an allowance for specific stretch properties of each shoe part.

  • Publication number: 20240005378
Abstract: A shoe purchase recommendation device 10A includes a user information acquisition unit that acquires user information including a first foot size that is a foot size of a user, a foot-size prediction unit that predicts, based on the first foot size of the user, a second foot size that is a foot size of the user at a future point of time, a growth-end determination unit that determines, based on the second foot size, whether foot growth of the user has ended at the future point of time, a product information storage unit that stores child product information and adult product information, a product information selection unit that selects, based on a result determined by the growth-end determination unit, product information regarding shoes from one of the child product information and the adult product information, and a display processing unit that displays the product information regarding shoes selected by the product information selection unit on a display unit.

  • Publication number: 20230342964
Abstract: A foot shape measurement apparatus acquires a plurality of foot images captured by an imaging unit imaging a subject’s foot from a plurality of angles, and generates a three-dimensional model of the foot. A display controller displays, a target mark indicating a viewpoint position where an imaging viewpoint by the imaging unit in the augmented reality space forms a predetermined angle to the subject’s foot and a state mark indicating a current state of the imaging viewpoint by the imaging unit in the augmented reality space to be superimposed on a visual being captured by the imaging unit. An image acquisition unit acquires, as the foot image, the image to be captured when the imaging viewpoint is present in the imaging viewpoint by which a display state of the target mark and a display state of the state mark each satisfy a predetermined condition.

  • Publication number: 20220395194
Abstract: In a foot size measurement system, a measurement unit selectively measures one or more of multiple measurement elements to be measured as feature values defining one foot size, based on a one-foot image of a measured person. An information generator generates foot size information based on one or more measurement elements selectively measured by the measurement unit, among the multiple measurement elements. An output unit outputs the foot size information. The measurement unit selectively measures one or more of multiple measurement elements including a foot width and a foot length of one foot of a measured person.

  • Publication number: 20220354217
Abstract: A shoe includes a sole, an upper portion disposed above the sole and surrounding a foot insertion part, and a buffer including a lower surface and accommodated within the foot insertion part. The lower surface of the buffer includes a projection part projecting toward a facing surface that faces the lower surface, a recess part adjacent to the projection part and recessed from the projection part toward the upper portion, and a circumferential edge projection part projecting, around the recess part, toward the facing surface side with respect to the projection part. When the buffer receives a predetermined first load, the circumferential edge projection part contacts the facing surface whereas the projection part has no contact with the facing surface, and when the buffer receives a predetermined second load, which is larger than the first load, the circumferential edge projection part and the projection part contact the facing surface.

  • Patent number: 11490691
Abstract: A shoe including: an upper, wherein an upper edge of a topline is defined by a medial line and a lateral line; and a counter, wherein an upper edge is defined, at a position downward of the upper edge of the topline, by first counter line on a medial side and a second counter line, which protrude downward, wherein: a medial height difference is defined by a difference in a height direction between a first point at a lowermost point on the medial line and a second point at a lowermost point on the first counter line; a lateral height difference is defined by a difference in the height direction between a third point at a lowermost point on the lateral line and a fourth point at a lowermost point on the second counter line; and the lateral height difference is greater than the medial height difference.

  • Publication number: 20220240620
Abstract: A shoe includes an outsole including a ground contact surface, a midsole fixed onto the outsole, and an upper portion joined to the midsole along a circumferential edge of the midsole. The midsole includes a bulging part at a position corresponding to a medial side of a rearfoot portion. The bulging part has a bulge length that is measured, in a top view, as a horizontal distance from a joint part between the upper portion and the midsole to an outer edge of the ground contact surface. The bulge length is longer than a horizontal length from the joint part between the upper portion and the midsole to an outer edge of the midsole at the rearmost end.
