  • Publication number: 20260191972
Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a multi-arm polyethylene glycol-drug conjugate, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. In the multi-arm polyethylene glycol-drug conjugate provided in the present invention, the terminal position of the multi-arm polyethylene glycol structure thereof may be a heterofunctional group, so that two or even three drugs can be simultaneously connected in one molecular system, thereby achieving the aim of treating multiple diseases with one drug. In addition, compared with a linear multi-arm polyethylene glycol-drug conjugate, the multi-arm PEG has a plurality of terminal groups, has a plurality of introduction points of functional groups, and can be connected to a plurality of different active groups, thereby avoiding the problems of limited connection sites of linear PEG, a small application range, and low drug loading. Moreover, the multi-arm polyethylene glycol-drug conjugate can also be used in the field of antibody-drug conjugates.

  • Publication number: 20260152751
Abstract: Provided is an interfering RNA targeting Janus kinase 1 (JAK1). The interfering RNA can reduce the expression of JAK1 and further inhibit the activation of a JAK/STAT signaling pathway, thereby achieving the purpose of treating a JAK/STAT signaling pathway dysregulation-associated disease. Further provided is a lipid nanoparticle drug containing the interfering RNA for use in treating a JAK/STAT signaling pathway dysregulation-associated disease. Further provided is an antibody-nucleic acid drug conjugate containing the interfering RNA for use in treating a JAK/STAT signaling pathway dysregulation-associated disease.

  • Publication number: 20250313844
Abstract: The present invention discloses an interfering RNA for inhibiting PCSK9 gene and use thereof. The interfering RNA comprises a nucleotide sequence set forth in any one or two or more of SEQ ID NOs: 1-40, 73-96. The interfering RNA of the present invention can better target and silence hepatic PCSK9 mRNA, reduce the protein level of PCSK9, enhance LDL-C metabolism, and reduce serum cholesterol, providing a solid technical foundation for the development of siRNA medicaments for the prevention, treatment, and symptom alleviation of PCSK9 gene-mediated diseases.

  • Patent number: 6179024
Abstract: A work piece support includes a base having a tube, a rod slidably received in and adjustable relative to the tube, and a supporting member disposed on the rod for supporting work pieces. A stay is pivotally secured to the tube and folded and extendible relative to the tube. The supporting member includes a frame secured on top of the rod for supporting a roller and a casing selectively and pivotally secured to the frame for supporting one or more balls. A pinion is rotatably secured to the tube and engaged with the rod for moving the rod relative to the tube.
