  • Publication number: 20220031528
Abstract: An absorbent article comprising a liquid permeable topsheet, a backsheet, an absorbent core comprising an absorbent material and a core wrap is provided. The article comprises an intermediate layer between the bottom side of the core wrap and the backsheet. The intermediate layer and the absorbent core are only partially bonded to each other at their interface and the interface comprises a bonded portion and a unbonded portion. The intermediate layer can at least partially decouple from the absorbent core in the unbonded portion, which increases flexibility of the article in the transversal direction.

  • Patent number: 10625101
Abstract: A method for colouring hair, wherein the method comprises: (i) the formation of a first plurality of coated hair fibre portions, wherein the coating comprises a first composition, wherein the first composition comprises a first hair colouring agent, a hydrophobic phase, a hydrophilic phase, a surfactant, and a thickener capable of interacting with the hydrophobic phase and the hydrophilic phase; and subsequently (ii) styling the hair wherein the first plurality of coated hair fibre portions is contacted with a second plurality of hair fibre portions; wherein the method does not comprise the application of a solid barrier means in order to separate the first plurality of coated hair fibre portions from the second plurality of hair fibre portions, and wherein the first composition is substantially free of persulfate.

  • Patent number: 8653321
Abstract: Method for determining the intrinsic gel strength of a water-absorbing hydrogel-forming polymeric material, comprising the step of: obtaining a hydrogel of said water-absorbing polymeric material, submitting said hydrogel to a controlled strain application step and measuring the stress; or submitting said hydrogel to a controlled stress application step and measuring the strain, and determining from said measured stress or strain of step c) the modulus of said hydrogel.
