Abstract: To achieve accurate classification of posts into related and unrelated ones in a short time and at low cost by performing automatic data labeling in supervised learning. An apparatus for extracting content-related posts, including a microblog collection section that collects posts by using an API provided by the microblog, a classification section that classifies titles into titles having multiple meanings and titles not having multiple meanings, and a microblog relevance determination section that determines the relevance of posts to content depending on whether the title has multiple meanings.
