    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display unit displays a screen of a medical application. An acquisition unit acquires a plurality of values used in the medical application and belonging respectively to a plurality of monitoring items set in advance. A determination unit determines whether the acquired values satisfy a matching determination rule for relevance of presence or absence of a change in a value of a reference item among a plurality of monitoring items in the medical application and presence or absence of a change in a value of the other item. An alerting unit controls the display unit to display an alert when it is determined by the determination unit that the acquired values do not satisfy the matching determination rule.
