  • Publication number: 20230110306
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure an apparatus for solvothermal crystal growth, comprising: a pressure vessel having a cylindrical shape and a vertical orientation; a cylindrical heater having an upper zone and a lower zone that can be independently controlled; at least one end heater; and an inward-facing surface of a baffle placed within 100 millimeters of a bottom end or top end surface of the growth chamber. The end heater is configured to enable: a variation in the temperature distribution along a first surface to be less than about 10° C., and a variation in the temperature distribution along a second surface to be less than about 20° C., during a crystal growth process.

  • Patent number: 9853710
Abstract: A relay apparatus of this disclosure includes: a communication unit that communicates with a radio device by radio; a storage unit that stores connection history information on a past radio connection with the radio device; and a controller that specifies a frequency offset, which is used at a time when the radio connection with the radio device is initiated, based on the connection history information.

  • Patent number: 9232518
Abstract: A communication section controls the transmission directivity of a plurality of antennas, based on a known signal transmitted from a communication terminal. A radio resource allocating section allocates a downlink radio resource and allocates an uplink radio resource. A grouping processing section for classifying classifies a plurality of communication terminals with which the communication section communicates into a first terminal group executing an application with high communication quality of transfer data and a second terminal group executing an application with low communication quality of transfer data. A unit period is determined in which an uplink radio resource for a known signal usable for the transmission of the known signal by a communication terminal and a downlink radio resource appear. A correspondence between the downlink radio resource and the uplink radio resource for the known signal is defined for null steering based on the known signal in the unit period.

  • Patent number: 9154358
Abstract: A wireless communication device according to the present invention includes a standard signal holding unit for holding standard signals, a correlation value calculation unit for performing a correlation operation between a received signal and the standard signals, and a reference signal selection unit for determining a reference signal from among the standard signals on the basis of a correlation operation result obtained by the correlation value calculation unit. When a correlation value peak which provides a maximum value is not detected among a correlation values obtained by the correlation operation between the received signal and the standard signals, the reference signal selection unit repeats a predetermined number of times, a process of performing a correlation operation between a new standard signal which is generated so that a head of a data part is located at some midpoint in a predetermined symbol interval and the received signal.
