Abstract: A machine (1) for vacuum packing in plastic bags and rigid containers (37) comprising:—an airtight chamber (4), suited to accommodate a plastic bag (26) with the relative product (27),—means for sucking air from said chamber (4), so as to create a vacuum in the chamber and in the bag (26) contained therein,—means for sealing the edges (25) of the bag (6) after the vacuum has been created therein,—air input means (13) for introducing air into the chamber (4) to remove the vacuum,—a suction device (35), connected to the suction means, for creating vacuum in rigid containers (37) provided with a valve (39).

Abstract: Device for the packing under vacuum of products contained in flexible bags in plastic material, creates around the opening of the bag, an airtight chamber connected to a removable air suction devices. Welding devices are suitable to weld the bag walls along a line beyond the chamber, in order to seal the bag after creating the vacuum inside it through the suction device.

Abstract: A suction device suitable to create a vacuum in containers particularly for the preservation of food in a vacuum, consisting of a casing formed by two coupled halves (4, 5) that contain an electric motor (7) that actuates a suction pump formed by a cylinder-piston unit (14, 15), by means of a reducer group formed by a pinion (17) force-fit onto the shaft (16) of the motor (7) and by a crown gear (19) having an eccentric (37) which actuates a connecting rod (23) connected to the piston (15). The device has at one end a holed tip (34) which can be pluged directly in the seating of the valve (3) that is provided on the container, so that it can be used with one hand only.
