Abstract: A robot control device, abnormality diagnosis method, and non-transitory computer readable medium are provided. The robot control device (300) performs abnormality diagnosis of a robot body (200) including a motor (201) that rotates, from a starting angle position to a target angle position, a rotational shaft (204) for transmitting power to an arm (203) so that the arm performs a predetermined operation. The robot control device includes: a drive control unit (304) driving the motor so that the rotational shaft rotates from the starting angle position to the target angle position within a rotational speed range of the rotational shaft in which it is possible to detect a vibration component caused by an abnormality from among the vibration components generated along with the rotation of the rotational shaft; a vibration detection unit (305) detecting the vibration component; and a diagnosis unit performing abnormality diagnosis based on the detected vibration component.

The ink tank has no mechanism for adjusting the pressure in the ink storage bag, the ink storage bag is made from a polyolefin resin, the ink is an aqueous ink containing a coloring material and a resin, and the resin contained in the ink has a glass transition temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the polyolefin resin constituting the ink storage bag. An ink jet recording apparatus includes the ink tank and a recording head that eject an ink supplied from the ink tank by an ink jet method.

  • Patent number: 8942934
Abstract: A processing machine processes a work and repeats processes on the work, thereby consuming energy. Within the consumed energy, room for improvement is computed by an energy monitoring device and is referred to as an amount of energy that can be improved. An energy monitoring device includes a power data acquirer that acquires a time-series power data measured by a power meter, a cycle detector that detects a single-cycle power data from the power data acquired by the acquirer, a divider that divides the single-cycle power data detected by the detector into an added-value creating portion and an unproductive portion, and a computing unit that computes an amount of energy consumed in the unproductive portion divided by the divider and defines it as the amount of energy to be improved.

  • Publication number: 20120084031
Abstract: The invention is directed towards an equipment operation state measurer having a power data acquirer and an operation state determiner. The power date acquirer acquires power consumption of equipment changing according to an operation state of the equipment. Additionally, a cause inputter accepts an input of a stop cause of the equipment from an operator, with respect to a stopped state determined by the operation state determiner, and sets the stop cause of the stopped state based on the input. Also, a computing unit obtains electric energy consumption for each stop cause, by integrating a period during which the stopped state corresponding to the stop cause continues and the power consumption in the period during which the stopped state continues, and is capable of measuring duration of the stopped state and the electric energy consumption for each stop cause of the equipment.
