    Abstract: According to an embodiment, a search device includes an antenna having directivity, a communication unit, a determination unit, an imaging unit, and a display unit. The communication unit that wirelessly communicates with a search-target wireless tag using the antenna. The determination unit is configured to determine a relative position of the wireless tag with respect to the antenna based on a state of communication between the communication unit and the search-target wireless tag. The imaging unit that obtains an image of an imaging range defined as a direction of orientation of the antenna. The display unit is configured to display a screen on which a guide image for bringing the antenna close to the position determined by the determination unit is superimposed on the image obtained by the imaging unit.

The first screen further includes a first operation element configured to cause a second screen to be displayed when selected by a user. The commodity information of the registered commodity is displayed larger than the values of the total number of registered commodities and the total amount due. The second screen provides information including a detail list of the registered commodities in the sales transaction.
