The first electrode is disposed in the first flow path at a first side opposite to a second side where a sample is provided to the first flow path with respect to the first connection hole. The second electrode is disposed in the second flow path at a third side opposite to a fourth side where a fluid is discharged from the second flow path with respect to the first connection hole.
