  • Publication number: 20120075426
Abstract: An image pickup system capable of shortening time lag between reading of signals from an image sensor and displaying of the signals when a 3D image signal from a camera having the single image sensor is displayed in real time with a time-division system. A solid state image pickup device has pixels that are arranged in two dimensions and are divided into image pickup areas. A reading unit reads signals from the image pickup areas. A mode setting unit sets either of a first shooting mode and a second shooting mode. A control unit controls the reading unit to read signals from all the image pickup areas as a single frame when the mode setting unit sets the first shooting mode, and reads the signals from the image pickup areas as different frames, respectively, when the mode setting unit sets the second shooting mode.

  • Patent number: 8097685
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a hyperbranched-polyester comprising at least one kind of a structural unit selected from an aromatic oxycarbonyl unit (P), aromatic and/or aliphatic dioxy units (Q), and an aromatic dicarboxy unit (R), and a trifunctional or higher polyfunctional organic residue (B), wherein the content of B is within a range from 7.5 to 50 mol % based on entire monomers constituting the hyperbranched-polyester. The present invention provides a hyperbranched-polyester which can remarkably improve thin-wall flowability, stiffness and gas barrier property by blending with a thermoplastic resin, and a thermoplastic resin composition blended with the same.

  • Patent number: 8000210
Abstract: A quarter-wave plate includes a base member including a ridge and trough periodic structure with a structural period of ?min/2<P<?min arranged on one side of the base member, where ?min is the minimum wavelength among the wavelengths of a plurality of light fluxes which pass the quarter-wave plate. In the quarter-wave plate, refractive index of a ridge portion of the ridge and trough periodic structure for the wavelength ?min and a light transmittance have predetermined values. The ridge and trough periodic structure satisfies the predetermined condition relating to the structural height and the structural width of the ridge portion.

  • Publication number: 20020120556
Abstract: The invention provides an auction system by which reduction of the charge for delivery of a commodity to be borne by parties in an auction is achieved while the merits to the parties by the auction are assured thereby to achieve activation of the auction. The auction system includes a server in which an auction site which determines a successful bidder for an auction commodity based on bids performed from user terminals through a network is formed. The server exhibits, in the auction site, a delivery charge bearing object commodity to be sold by a dealer who bears part or all of the delivery charge for the auction commodity for which the user becomes the successful bidder, and performs sales processing of the delivery charge bearing object commodity in combination with the auction commodity in response to a request from a user terminal.
