  • Patent number: 11029358
Abstract: A noise source monitoring apparatus includes: a first storage unit storing captured image data; a second storage unit storing observed waveform data; a processing unit calculating, for each of the switch units, the degree of correlation between occurrence of a noise and operation of the switch unit, based on the captured image data and the observed waveform data; and a display control unit causing a display unit to display information indicating the degree of correlation.

Date of Patent: June 8, 2021
    Assignee: FANUC CORPORATION
    Inventors: Makine Yuyama, Tetsuro Matsudaira
  • Patent number: 10816588
Abstract: A noise source monitoring apparatus includes: an imaging unit for capturing an image of multiple switch units; an event time acquisition unit for acquiring a noise event time of a noise occurring in a control device; a switching time recognition unit for recognizing an on/off switching time of each of the multiple switch units; a correlation calculation unit for calculating, for every switch unit, the degree of correlation between occurrence of the noise and the on/off switching of the switch unit; and a display control unit for causing a display unit to display information indicating the degree of correlation for every switch unit.

  • Patent number: 6992458
Abstract: Two emergency stop lines are provided. Due to contacts being opened by commands from emergency stop factors and from first and second CPUs, conducting to first and second contactors are stopped. Contacts of the contactors are opened, and power supply to the motor is interrupted, whereby an emergency stop is performed. Further, the first CPU on the first line transmits an abnormality signal to the second CPU when the states of the contacts on the self emergency stop line, detected by digital inputs, are abnormal, and the second CPU opens a contact on the self emergency stop line so as to cause the contactor to be non-excited to thereby stop power supply to the motor.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: January 31, 2006
    Assignee: Fanuc LTD
