    Abstract: A disk cartridge includes a clamper of synthetic material rotatably mounted to a disk cartridge half and a magnetic plate secured to the clamper, is disclosed. According to the invention, a plurality of projections are formed in the magnetic plate. The clamper is integrally formed with a recess for accommodating the magnetic plate and a plurality of hooks formed along the peripheral wall of the recess. These projections are respectively engaged with the hooks to secure the magnetic plate to the clamper without using a securing system, such as ultrasonic welding.
