Abstract: The actuator device includes: a case having a motor housing unit and a gear housing unit; a motor housed in the motor housing unit; and an output gear rotatably housed in the gear housing unit of the case, the output gear driven to rotate by the driving shaft of the motor; the actuator device supporting the motor in a floatable fashion within the motor housing unit via an elastic element; characterized in that the elastic element includes a main body floating part for holding the motor main body of the motor and a pair of bearing floating parts for holding the bearings in front and rear of the driving shaft of the motor and that the main body floating part and the pair of bearing floating parts are integrally formed by way of an elastic element.

Abstract: The actuator device includes: a motor housed in a case having a cover; an output gear driven to rotate by the drive shaft of via a deceleration gear; an output shaft rotatably supported by the case and rotating together with the output gear; and an output cam mounted on the output shaft; the actuator device having a receiving recessed part accommodating a stopper element on the top surface of the output gear, a stopper element rotatably mounted on the output shaft facing inside the receiving recessed part, and a locking projection part that is locked to and separated from the projection part of the output shaft and a stopper on the stopper element; and stopper where each stopper of the stopper element is locked to the inner surface of the cover to limit the rotation angle of the output gear.

Abstract: In an actuator apparatus including a case having a cover for covering a motor containing portion and a gear containing portion, a motor contained in the motor containing portion, an output gear rotatably contained in the gear containing portion and driven to rotate by a drive shaft of the motor via a reduction gear, an output shaft rotatably supported by the case and rotated along with the output gear, and an output member attached to the output shaft, the motor is floatably supported in the motor containing portion via an elastic member, a front end of the drive shaft is rotatably supported via a bearing of a bearing holding portion of the gear containing portion, and the bearing is floatably supported by the bearing holding portion of the gear containing portion via a vibration isolating member.
